So I also just posted a quick 20 pounds down post I seemingly never clicked post. Why? I really don’t know I wrote it on the 29th of July.
So here we are 16th of September, the day after my son’s first birthday and I’m currently 31.5lbs down.
So what’s been going on?..
I have signed up to do the great pink run in the Phoenix park on the 13th of October. Which I would have never though about doing it before.
And I have also started a fitness class. Yes me a fitness class. It is really hard but I have to do it to get fit and be able to run after oliver.
I also got woman of the year in my group. Which was amazing as I also received my 2st award and slimmer of the week. To say I’m so overwhelmed would be an understatement as my group are my family and the back bone to my success.

Now down to my mental health. Yes looking after my self has helped but I have been having alot of panic attacks. Stressing over events and future things that hasn’t even happened yet and also I’ve been over analysing everything which I find hard not to do. So I am trying to focus more on my mental health aswell as my physical.

On the 7th of October I’m going to The Wellness Of Women event in City West. It’s a great fundraiser for HOPE suicide prevention charity.
So that’s my little update for now. Posts will probably be even a little more scarce as I’ve also started college. I don’t know where my time does be going.
